Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll love your Affiné lamp. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. For pre-order items, the 30-day window begins once the item has been delivered.
Please contact us at hello@affine-atelier.com to initiate your return. Specify your order number, full name, item to be returned and the return reason. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts. A return shipping fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to faulty or damaged products are free of charge. Please note that as our lamps are handblown in glass, natural variations in shape, colour and finish are not considered grounds for return.
Reclaims & Repairs
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within two years of purchase, in line with your statutory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law. Normal wear and tear and natural variations inherent to handblown glass are not classified as defects. Claims must be reported within a reasonable time, and always within 30 days of discovery.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced where possible. If neither is possible, you will receive a full refund. Return shipping is covered by us in all such cases. For questions, contact us at hello@affine-atelier.com.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@affine-atelier.com.
